Return Policy

Yes, you can return your custom made bra within 14 days from your delivery date to return an item for a refund. Please note shipping fee is not refundable.

We recommend that your return is sent back within 7 days of receipt to ensure the parcel arrives at the return loca- tion in time.

Items should be returned unworn and undamaged with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Please note that sometimes emails can end up in your spam folder, so we recommend checking there if you have not seen a reply from us. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 3 business days, so if you still have not heard back from us, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wrong Address

Due to the customer's reasons (such as: incorrect address, incomplete address and modify the address), the order delivery is unsuccessful, and the order needs to be resent. The time limit generally ranges from one week to three months.

Return Shipping Fee

Please note, we do not offer refunds for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used when you placed your order. You’ll receive the refund within 10–20 days after your return is received.
*Underwear can be returned for store credit only for safety issues.

International returns

All international orders and US territory orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
